Call center operator

Salary for agreement, work experience from 1 to 3 years, higher education is welcome

Official duties:

• Implementation of information and reference services for existing and potential customers
• Telephone conversations with existing and potential foreign clients
• Forming and documenting applications from clients
• Coordination of communications between the client and the sales manager
• Age: From 23 and above
• Gender: does not matter
• Experience: at least 1 year
• Communicative, sociable
• Accuracy, discipline, learning
• Fluency in Russian
• Good oral command of English or German
• Education: not lower than secondary special.

Special Requirements for candidates:

1. Ability to conduct business negotiations
2. Fast learner and ability to apply the information received
3. Knowledge of the principles of the negotiation process:
-Experience of telephone negotiations is mandatory.
– Understanding the ethics of business communication.
4. Knowledge of the basics of marketing.
5. Understanding the principles of accountability and labor standards.
6. The skills of working with office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, etc.) are mandatory
7. A confident computer user (knowledge of MS Word, Excell, Power Point, Internet browsers, MS Outlook are required).


• Official employment
• Five-day work week (9:00 – 18:00)
• Probationary period: 1-3 months
Full time work on the territory of the employer
